From Employee to Citizen Developer | TAG Immobilien AG

TAG Immobilien and Bots & People teamed up to train Citizen Developers and empower them to create tailored automation solutions in the Group Accounting department.

TAG is one of the largest real estate companies in Germany, with currently around 88,000 residential units in its portfolio, and is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

This was the second time that TAG has relied on the Bots & People Academy as a trustworthy learning provider and automation enablement specialist. After a successful proof of concept developed by a previously trained employee, two other team members from TAG enrolled in the Citizen Development learning track to follow in her footsteps and learn how to implement automation initiatives internally.

With their newly created bots, the team was able to reduce the time spent on manual tasks, freeing up hours for strategic planning and complex topics such as changing regulations, which have a large impact on business processes.
